The Heart Behind Setu
My path into mental health began with a quiet curiosity — a desire to understand how we navigate our inner worlds. That curiosity grew into a deep commitment to helping others walk through their emotions with compassion and clarity.
I am a psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centric Care. I have spent years working across individual, couple, and family settings — honouring the nuance in every relationship.
“Setu was born from the realisation that we all need a space where we are understood — both personally and culturally.”
We aim to be that bridge: connecting the grounded science of psychology with the rich, lived realities of people carrying many identities at once.
